We know that there are many obstacles to order from China successfully as a foreigner / foreign company, so we have designed many value-added services for our members.

Cash on Delivery (CoD), a transaction in which goods are paid for in full in cash or by certified check immediately when they are received by the buyer. But all China suppliers don't accept it for international business, so we have designed our CoD services for our members to let it is possible for your order in China .

For small volume order or sample order, you can ask your China supplier ship the sample or merchandise to us, we will check the adaptor and pay the money for you when we have received your package. It is more safely than paid for in advance. Most suppliers accept this payment mode when the goods are shipped to domestic buyer.

This service also have solved the problem that your China suppliers don't accept international credit card or wire transfer, we can pay RMB to the supplies on behalf of you.

You should submit your CoD service request in your ETO account, and make sure your account have enough deposit to cover the products cost and our service fee.

CoD Service Fee:

* Premium Membership: US$5 per case, plus 1% of the payment total

* Basic Membership: US$10 per case, plus 1% of the payment total

Please notice that we use as credit card payment gateway, it charge US$0.30 + 3.9% service fee, so you should pay for this cost using our CoS services. And we use website currency exchange rate for RMB Yuan to US Dollar.
